TPL Energy was founded in 2003 to serve the diverse community in Houston, including the large Asian community in the city. For a decade, TPL Energy has helped and provided electricity to the less fortunate in our community. We donated our time and money in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Ike. TPL Energy was praised by the City of Houston and Mayor Bill White for helping victims during the hurricane season.
On November 19, 2013, TPL Energy celebrate a 10th anniversary and many accomplishments. Therefore, TPL Energy again, was praised by Annise D Parker, Mayor of the City of Houston and was issued a Proclamation from the Honorable Annise D Parker, Mayor of Houston. As stated in the Proclamation, “The City of Houston commends and salutes TPL Energy and its staff for their continuous dedication to the community, and extends best wishes for continued success”, hereby proclaim November 19, 2013 as TPL Energy Day in Houston, Texas.
